Matcha itself is a finely ground powder made from shade-dried green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis). It is particularly rich in antioxidants. This kit gives you everything you need to enjoy your own Matcha drinks - simply whisk your Matcha powder with hot water until frothy. The bowl and the whisk stand are crafted out of ceramic and hand-finished - the colour is jet black.
